Cedar Village Assisted Living and Memory Care Community Salem, OR offers an affordable month-to-month rental program with no expensive buy-in fee. Our month-to-month rental agreement guarantees your monthly rent for the entire first year of occupancy. Should you desire to do so for any reason, you may move out with only a 30-day advance written notice.

At Cedar Village Assisted Living and Memory Care Community, we are very serious about our commitment to our Residents. We are confident that after you have experienced our lifestyle, you will want to stay with us for a long time. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied within the first 60 days of your occupancy and wish to cancel your agreement with us, you shall be entitled to a 100% refund of the monthly rent for this 60-day period.
